Juliet graduated from Big Rapids High School in 2011 and Ferris State University in 2015 with her Bachelor's in Health Care Administration. She is married and has three kids: Aiden, Mila, and Graham.

Stephanie has been with Big Rapids Family Eyecare since September of 2016. She has a background in customer service and will be happy to help you as a receptionist or a technician. Stephanie is married and has three kids: Jude, Harper, Hugo, and a dog Penny. She enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and following local sports teams.

Sue is a long time employee of Big Rapids Family Eyecare. She enjoys being with her family, spending time outdoors, reading a good book, and being with her dogs.

Heather Wilson
Optician
Heather has been with Big Rapids Family Eyecare since September 2020. She graduated from Ferris State University in 1998 and is both ABO and NCLE certified. Heather has 4 children and enjoys exploring all that Michigan has to offer with her family.
PJ
Optician
PJ has been with BRFE since October of 2021. She graduated from Ferris State University with a degree in graphic design in 2010 and has been a certified optician since 2019. She is married and has two fur babies.
Austin
Technician
Austin has a background in customer service in the medical field and joined our team as a technician. When he's not working, you'll find Austin spending time with his partner and puppies, Ezra & Juniper.
