Our office is closed the first Tuesday of every month from 12 - 1 pm for staff meetings.

For patients who do not show up for their appointments and do not call prior to cancel or reschedule, there will be a $25 No Call/No Show Fee.  This fee must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.  We encourage you to make every effort to make it to your appointments, however, we make exceptions for illness and emergencies.  Thank you for your understanding.
